We are currently experiencing delays in the processing of some orders due to some recent manufacturer backorder issues, with product now (thankfully) arriving. Please know that every order is very important to us and we understand you have a patient waiting for this order. There is nothing more we want to do than fill that order quickly. We are completely committed to not only listening to you but to doing everything we can to improve order fulfillment and ensure that all orders are processed as quickly as possible, so that you and your patients get the products they need, when they need them.
We are also experiencing longer than normal customer service call hold times because of this delay. Our entire Customer Service team is working diligently to answer every call and chat as quickly as possible.
