Shipping Volumes and Potential Delays
Please be aware that due to an already challenged supply and logistics chain, coupled with an increase in online ship-to-home orders, shipping volumes are expected to exceed all-time highs. As a result, carriers such as USPS, UPS and your local carrier channel may experience challenges with managing high order volume and meeting delivery expectations. When communicating delivery expectations to your patients, we recommend that you inform them of potential shipping and delivery delays that may occur. We understand that your patients expect a level of service from you, their eye care provider, and we are committed to doing everything we can to ensure orders are processed and shipped in a timely manner. You can track an order anytime by logging in to your ABB account and clicking on Track an Order located under the Quick Links menu on the left side of your screen.
